As Backend Development Director at Kellton Europe, Sebastian Spiegel leads our backend development and manages strategic partnerships with global organizations. He helped drive successful projects at Zoetis Centre for Digital Innovation. With over a decade of professional experience, he’s the technical mind behind NATO’s NCIA ISMERLO system, where his architectural decisions help the submarine community with advanced rescue coordination.

His engineering degree from Wrocław University of Science and Technology laid the foundation for his technical leadership. Life outside the office finds Sebastian capturing moments through his camera lens, gliding through the city on his Onewheel, or exploring Lower Silesia’s trails with his family on their e-cargo bike. In his spare time, he also engages in 3D modeling and printing, as he believes that creating = fun.
