Dariusz Fryta

Managing Director

As Managing Director of Kellton Europe, Dariusz leads the overall operations and strategic initiatives across the region. With over 20 years of experience, he is recognized for his ability to scale business operations, develop new service offerings, and drive sustainable growth.

Starting as a software engineer, he worked with global brands, learning firsthand what makes tech projects succeed. In 2013, he founded Tivix Europe – now a part of Kellton – growing it from a startup into a team of 100+ tech professionals. Under his leadership, Kellton Europe has become one of the most respected technology partners in the region.

Dariusz holds an MSc in Engineering from the Faculty of Electronics at Wroclaw University of Science and Technology. Outside of work, he is an avid video game enthusiast and LEGO builder, with a passion for cinematic classics like Star Wars, Harry Potter, and The Lord of the Rings.
